Payment Process
To secure your reservation, a small deposit is required. The remaining balance is payable on the first day of your tour. The deposit amount is determined by our management and may vary depending on the type of service booked and the proximity of the tour date.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation fees are designed to cover the direct costs incurred when a reservation is modified or canceled.
By completing a booking through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted our cancellation policy.
A binding booking contract between you and Sahara Explore Tours is established once the required deposit is received and a confirmation email is sent.
The lead traveler who makes the reservation accepts these terms on behalf of all members of the group and is responsible for all related communications.
All requests for cancellations or changes must be submitted by the lead traveler only.
Cancellation requests must be sent via our customer contact form and are subject to our written confirmation. If a refund is approved, it will be processed promptly and returned to the same credit card used for the original booking. Please note that any delays in the refund process are outside of our control.
The cancellation policy is applied according to the original departure date of the booking.
