    Itinerary

    Day 1: Rabat to Fes

    Your adventure begins in Rabat, where our driver will pick you up from your hotel to start the journey to Fes. On the way, we will make a short stop in Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore its historical gates, palaces, and bustling medina.

    After Meknes, we continue to Fes, the oldest of Morocco’s imperial cities and the country’s spiritual capital. Fes is famous for its ancient medina, vibrant souks, and centuries-old traditions. Walk through the narrow streets, discover local craftsmen at work, and visit iconic sites like the King’s Palace and tanneries.

    Overnight stay in a traditional Riad in Fes with breakfast included.

    Day 2:Explore Fes

    Spend the day exploring the cultural and historical treasures of Fes. Visit the famous Al Quaraouiyine Mosque and University, the medieval medina, colorful souks, and artisan workshops. Experience the city’s unique atmosphere and immerse yourself in its rich Moroccan heritage.

    Overnight stay in Fes.

    Day 3:Fes – Ifrane – Cedar Forest – Ziz Valley – Merzouga

    Leave Fes after breakfast and drive through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane, known as the “Switzerland of Morocco” for its Alpine-style architecture, and then visit the Cedar Forest of Azrou, home to free-roaming monkeys.

    Continue through the Ziz Valley, famous for its scenic gorges and palm groves, passing Erfoud, a town renowned for fossil production. Arrive in Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert, where you will mount camels for a ride into the magnificent Erg Chebbi dunes. Enjoy a traditional Berber dinner under the stars and overnight stay in a desert camp.

    Day 4: Merzouga to Dades Valley or Ouarzazate

    Wake up early to watch the sunrise over the Sahara dunes, then return to your hotel for breakfast. Depart Merzouga and head towards the Dades Valley or Ouarzazate.

    On the way, stop in Rissani, a historic town that was the foundation of the Alaouite dynasty. Continue through Erfoud, famous for its fossil production, and then pass Khtarat, a scenic area with beautiful desert landscapes. Next, drive through the Todra Gorge, a spectacular canyon with towering cliffs, perfect for photos and a short walk.

    Continue your journey to the Dades Valley, known for its lush palm groves, Berber kasbahs, and winding roads through dramatic landscapes. For those heading to Ouarzazate, visit the Taourirt Kasbah and, if time allows, explore the Atlas Film Studios, renowned for films like Gladiator.

    Day 5: Dades/Ouarzazate to Marrakech

    After breakfast, drive through the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi’n Tichka Pass, the highest point in the Atlas. Enjoy the stunning landscapes, colorful valleys, and traditional Berber villages along the way.

    Arrive in Marrakech, where your 5-day tour ends. You will be dropped off at your hotel or transfer to your next destination.
