Payment Process
To confirm your reservation, a small deposit is required. The remaining balance is paid on the first day of your tour. The deposit amount is set by our management and may vary depending on the type of service and how close the tour date is.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation fees cover the direct costs involved when changing or canceling your reservation.
By booking through our website, you confirm that you understand and agree to our cancellation policy.
A booking contract between you and sahara explore tours is created once we receive the required deposit and send you a confirmation email.
The lead traveler who makes the reservation is responsible for accepting these terms on behalf of all travelers in their group.
All communication related to cancellations or changes must be submitted by the lead traveler.
Cancellation requests must be sent through the customer contact form and must be confirmed by Morocco Fabulous Travel before any further steps are taken.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed promptly and returned to the same credit card used for the initial booking. Please note that any delays in the refund process are beyond our control.
The cancellation policy is applied based on the original departure date of the booking.
